The Ben Kimble Memorial Foundation

On March 18, 2019, Benjamin Kimble took his own life. Ben was a freshman at Turpin High School, a member of the football and track teams, and the beloved younger brother of his three siblings. Ben left behind a gaping hole in the hearts of all who had known him. Ben also left behind a legacy of his kindness and selflessness, his laughter and sense of humor, his incredible athletic ability and his goal of helping others. Throughout his whole life, Ben went out of his way to help people, to stand up for those who had trouble finding a voice of their own. Ben hid his own problems so well that many did not know how badly he had been struggling until it was too late. This foundation was created to honor Ben’s memory, to try and help other children and to protect other families from the pain of losing a loved one to suicide or mental illness.
